We developed the industry-wide See it Safely mark in September 2020 so that audiences could feel confident and safe knowing that accredited venues are COVID-secure and are following the latest government guidance for venue and the performing arts.
As government guidelines change, the measures theatres are taking and asking audiences to take change and you should always check with the venue itself to find out if there is anything you need to know before your visit.
Many theatres are still encouraging theatregoers to wear face coverings to keep other audience members, casts and venue staff safe, and we advise audiences to follow this advice where possible. Transport for London are also strongly recommending that passengers wear face coverings on their journeys, find out more about their safer travel guidance here.
If you bought your tickets through Official London Theatre and you can no longer attend due to COVID-19, you can exchange your tickets up to 48 hours before your performance. Please complete this booking exchange form and our team will be in touch. Different theatres and other ticket vendors will have their own exchange policies, so contact your point of sale, with as much notice as possible, if you can no longer attend.
