We are now recruiting for a Development Manager (Trusts & Foundations) to increase our Development Team. This role will support the Director of Development in the formulation of strategies to develop income growth, in particular, from Trusts and Foundations; taking a lead role in implementing those strategies and managing trust and foundation fundraising for the Lyric. The post-holder will also contribute to the overall fundraising aims and objectives of the department. The Development team have an annual revenue target to raise of £800,000, of which approximately £350,000 is generated through Trusts and Foundations.

Stage One (Bridge the Gap) Trainee Producer (Fixed Term)

The Trainee Producer will have a can-do approach to problem solving, the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment and a desire to get stuck in and learn on the job. This role will suit someone who is calm, collaborative, and passionate about theatre and the performing arts.

The Trainee Producer will get the chance to interact with some of the country’s most exciting writers, directors, creatives, and performers, whilst working at the heart of one of London’s most successful theatres, to create ambitious, entertaining, inspiring shows for our audience in West London and beyond.

This is an opportunity for people who are friendly, welcoming and good at communicating and a desire to support the Lyric. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

You will be an ambassador for the Lyric at the fundraising desk during shows to help the audience learn how to support the Lyric by signing up Supporters, selling raffle tickets, selling costumes and collecting donations. IN return for your time you will see productions for free, get a free drink, enjoy the staff discounts, have a new experience to put on a CV and generally be part of the Lyric family.
